The Kinnard SW series of marble texture PVC decorative film is primarily made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the characteristics of its components are as follows:
Self Adhesive Kitchen Sticker Original Film: The original film with a thickness of 160 microns is made from high-quality PVC resin, featuring excellent flexibility and stability. During production, an appropriate amount of environmentally friendly imported plasticizers is added to enhance the film's flexibility, making it less prone to brittleness. Combined with 1%-10% of imported stabilizers, it can effectively prevent PVC resin from decomposing and aging due to factors such as heat and light during processing and use, thereby extending the product's service life. At the same time, through advanced technology, special pigments are incorporated to accurately replicate the rich and realistic textures and colors of natural marble.
Base paper: Uses high-quality 120g paper, which not only provides good support for the original film, ensuring the flatness of the product during storage and transportation, but also has certain moisture-proof properties.Glue: Use environmentally friendly imported oil-based glue with strong and durable adhesion, capable of firmly bonding to various substrate surfaces. It also complies with strict environmental standards, emitting almost no harmful gases during use, ensuring the safety and health of indoor environments.
